Pros: This was a very clean and friendly hotel
Cons: After a long flight our 4 rooms we booked were not avaiable so we were put in better rooms for 1 night( which we did not want), couldn't unpack as we had to move next day, wasted half day moving rooms and was moving in these rooms while they were still being cleaned by maid. was angry regarding this matter as we booked these 4 room july 2010, so they must of over booked especailly as it was all 4 rooms

Pros: We had a great stay. when we complained about the blocked toilet they fixed it immediatly. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Excellent location just yards from times square. the free breakfast was a real bonus and delicious too. nothing was too much trouble to the hotel staff. would (and have already) recommend the hotel to our friends.
Cons: Being from the uk we are not used to the extra taxes applied to our bill and they were a bit of a surprise when we settled up.

Pros: Room is very comfortable and clean and has a good space; the hotel offers a nice breakfast, and also offers free access to wireless internet. futhermore, is walking near from times square. i would strongely recomend this hotel to other people.
Cons: Although the breakfast is really good, there is not enough tables to seat and have it, so if there are so many people in the breakfast room you have to wait your time to have a seat or to take your breakfast in your own room.

Pros: Fairly nice staff, although they were not too informative about the area. the location was absolutely fantastic, though, and housekeeping was extremely warm and pleasant and attentive.
