Pros: Very helpful members of staff, we had a kid staying with us and they were very helpful keeping the buggie downstairs and heating up the milk at any time of day or night

Pros: The room was clean when we arrived and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. brilliant location, we could walk everywhere.
