Cons: Private parking was advertised, and was a major factor in choosing this hotel. however, on arrival we were told that the garage was closed for renovations. we most certainly should have been warned about this prior to arrival, and given the opportunity to alter our booking accordingly. we occurred additional expense and inconvenience, and anxiety about the security of our vehicle.
also, there was inadequate access at the front of the hotel for unloading/loading etc. there was, in fact, nowhere legal to stop.
