Pros: Really helpful staff, although they had little knowledge of what was going on over the new year period. hotel very clean, tidy and well maintained.

Pros: The hotel is not far from the metro and at the same time, located in a quiet neighbourhood. the room is really cute. the staff is very helpful. and, you can use the computer there to print out document e.g., online boarding pass, which is very convenient. we had a great time there.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay overall in the hotel. the room decor was cute and comfortable. the location was quiet and convenient. the staff were courteous and pleasant.

Pros: Very clean, fresh and lovely, beautiful interiors in the hotel and rooms. the hotel is very quite and compact. very helpful and cheerful staff. location is ok for this price - reasonalble distance from the centre - 10£ taxi or about 5 stations by tube for 1.5£. tube is 5 mins walk. rooms are really nice and romantic. proper 3*++
Cons: Not too many restaurants around and no food in the hotel except for breakfast which is ok as well. doesn't matter though if you go out in the evening in the centre.

Pros: Great breakfast, pleasant helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows, nice deco in room
Cons: What really let the room down was the bathroom, as i saw fab pictures on the internet of showers and bathrooms, but mine had cracked toilet seat almost broken shower over the bath, would have prefered shower only as i viewed on web site.

Pros: This hotel is in an ideal location, close to the cities attractions (just hop on and off the metro system which is so easy to use) but in a quite part of town which was great after a long hard day site seeing.
our train departed late on monday and we had to check out at 12 midday, we asked if they would look after our bags and they were more than happy to do so.

Pros: The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful and available 24hours a day. the hotel itself although quite small is very cosey and quiet even tho its just off the champs ellyses avenue. any information you need is usually available from the staff at reception. the rooms are clean and well presented. beds are lovely n comfy and the tv gives a wide range hollywood movies in english throughout the day. great position to walk down to the arc de triomphe or get a 3day pass for the metro n just cruise down to where ever u want in paris within 10mins. the hotel is really good value for money expecially compared to most of the hotels in paris, which are well over priced for whats on offer.
Cons: The bathroom we had was a little dated n used. could do with a little tlc. had to keep the door closed as there was a strange smell from it. only one coat hanger in the wadrobe so most clothes have to stay folded on the shelves.

Pros: The hotel is at a good location, a good neighbourhood, with the metro you get everywhere in hardly 5 min.there is a parkhaus in the street, recommend it, the whole weekend costs 32 euro´s, your car is save and you are a lot faster with the subway.the hotel is clean and very nice decorated, and the breakfast i recommend!lot too eat!!
