Pros: Ubicacion, servicio y limpieza
Contras: Pocas almohadas y la temperatura de la habitacion era a veces baja o a veces alta

Pros: Clean, modern room.
Cons: unable to help with ordering a taxi back to hotel late at night.

Pros: Very friendly staff, ideally located. rooms were very clean!

Pros: So much good things to say about this hotel... very hospitable staff. excellent location. many restos near the place like a very good chinese restaurant, and cafe for take out, a hala resto who serves really good pizza.

Pros: I know people kept saying about how small is the elevator. i found it ok and i did feel safe.
i am glad there is always someone in reception (even at 3-4am at night) who speaks english. i had a bad night (i couldn't sleep,not hotel fault) and the man in reception was glad to offer me an orange juice at that time! i honestly think it was all i would asked for in a hotel.

prices in france tho, were extremely high, but i guess that is not the hotel's fault. very close to the centre: you could go walking to the luvre!

next time i may stay a bit further from the centre to see if prices in the streets are cheaper and go to the centre by tube, but that is just me, i don't have a lot of money... (or like my boss say, i am quite tight!) :)

Pros: Only one staff in front office but he is very help full.
Cons: Elevator problem. there is only one elevator with 150 kg capacity. the hotel is 6 floor... can u imagine that? what happen then if there is accident like earthquake, fire, etc.
please prepare in room a couple glass not plastic glass.

Pros: Great location and access to shopping, night life, and tourist venues. nice staff.
Cons: Rooms were a little plain for the price. more like college furniture versus an actual hotel.

Pros: The staff is nice and kind, the room and bathroom were very clean, the checkout was made without stress.
Cons: Not negative… but the escalator is ridiculously small :-)

Pros: Lovely little hotel close to the opera garnier, fairly central & conveniently placed for a number of different metro lines. situated on a quiet street off the boulevard des italiens, it was clean, modern and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the lift really does need to be seen to be believed. thought the other reviewers were exaggerating... they weren't! don't go in it if you are at all claustrophobic.
Cons: Only a very minor negative, as we were very pleased with the hotel overall. there was a slight problem with the drains, which left the ensuite smelling a little stale. this soon cleared on airing the room. ohterwise the ensuite was lovely and clean, if a little on the small side. it is paris after all.

Pros: We stayed there 4 nights and we were very pleased with the hotels. apart from the price being slightly high i do not have any negative things to comment. location is very good room was very clean. we will be back again.

Pros: Hotel staff was excellent, and location is good.
Cons: It was quite noisy during the night, there were people yelling on the street and due to the ecco, i didn't get a good night sleep. but other than that it was good.
