Pros: Nice cozy hotel, value for money, convenient location.
Cons: Staff were nice except for one person who was extremely rude and treated me like a criminal, just because i didn't leave my room key at the reception when i went out. i travel a lot but this is never the case so it doesn't occur to me automatically to do that. however, there are two ways of dealing with this - the way he dealt with it (rude) and the professional way. wasn't very happy about this at all. to be fair to the rest of the team, they were really nice and helpfull. i suggest a serious re-training of the staff!!!!

Cons: - doesn't look like the pictures.
- extremely small room.
- no remote control for tv
- dirty looking sheets
- breakfast room without windows
- poor place to put luggage safely!
- room was extremely noisy!!!!!
- would not recommend this room to anyone unless you would like to pay 100euro a night and get nothing.

Pros: The hotel location is good & the place is very peaceful.
Cons: The room service is very poor. the shower was not working in the whole stay & nobody from hotel staff paid attention despite of many requests.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, it is close to the gare du nord and many shops in the district including cafe`s are very good.the cost of the rooms reflect the standard of the rooms. its a 2 star hotel, but for what it cost it was good.
Cons: The hotel riviera we stayed at in paris is not the one i thought i had booked what i thought we had booked was in 55 rue des acacias, however, somehow we got booked into the wrong hotel riviera, by booking .com?? the beds were two singles when we required a double the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck with what we were given, however the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly

Pros: Very basic but clean and good value. we had a lack of hot water on one day but overall very pleased as it was really cheap.

Pros: After reading all the horrible reviews i was a little afraid of expecting the worst. in fact i was satisfied. my room was clean and the staff was friendly. breakfast was typical french, just simple coffee, tea and juice and bread, croisssant and jam. good price/quality. nice location, near metro and in walking distant of montmatre, galerie lafayette ans opera. so a good price/quality.
Cons: We were with with six persons and we had three rooms. my rooms was ok. in the second room was a strange smell and the door of the shower was broken. in the third room laid for undefined reason some water other the bed, but the staff cleaned it.

Pros: I arrived at the hotel 2hours before check in time and i was given a room that was clean however the odour in the room was very bad, so i requested for the room to be changed and i got a very neat room with no smell.
