Pros: La habitación era estupenda. un pequeño problema en el baño y lo arreglaron rápidamente. materiales de construcción excelentes. personal simpático y atento.
Contras: Quizá deberían ofrecer acceso libre y gratuito a internet. sería muy útil.

Pros: Staff always happy to help, convenient location and kitchenette very handy.

Pros: Location of the hotel. friendly staff.
Cons: Kitchenette could have been cleaner and better stocked with utensils. also hairdryer should be in room and a kettle for hot water.

Pros: Staff very helpful in arranging a triple when we had booked a double and needed to change at the time we arrived, very personable and helpful in every interaction
Cons: Slight drain smell in the shower, no wi-fi.

Pros: We just loved it and wanted to stay longer.... the room had the best view over the plantation promenade where we walked several times ourselves. the room was quiet, well kept and enabled us to save a lot by cooking ourselves, also purchasing food at local markets and nearby supermarkets. the best cross stitch shop in the world is just around the corner! staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We missed being able to use on-site internet.

Pros: The mini-kitchen included in the room contributed to the ease of our stay. the front desk staff was enthusiastic and pleasant. the whole facility is modern and well kept, and - it is a non-smoking hotel.
Cons: My husband was disappointed to learn there was no wi-fi in the hotel.

Pros: Amazing all round. couldn't have been better. great location, price, massive room...just lovely.

Pros: Excellent option for staying in paris as cooking facilities mean you can avoid some of those very expensive meal bills! staff were really friendly & helpful & spoke english - not that we needed them for anything as the area was easy to find your way around & there were no problems with the room. the room was a good size with a table & 2 chairs as well as a comfy chair (this was all squeezed in but the room sounds big compared to other parisian hotels). there were no problems with noise. hairdryer & iron available on request. some toilettries and dish-washing accoutrements provided (take your own tea bags!) the hotel does not clean your room, which was ideal for us as it meant we felt like we just had our own apartment for a few days and made us feel more at home. i would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: The hotel is about 7 min walk from the metro, which obviously isn't exactly remote but there were times (after walkiing the length of breadth of paris) that we wished it was closer! (not really a problem though)

Pros: The hotel was in a good location. it was easy to access the metro and there were restaurants in the area.
Cons: I had assumed for the price that there would be air conditioning. there isn't. some of the rooms face the sun all day, so get hot. the weather wasn't really hot when we stayed, but the room was. this will not be your respite from the heat if you stay here.
