Pros: Location, location, location.
courtesy of the staff. mini fridge in the room. a definitive plus. slept watching the eiffel tower from the room. priceless. café, supermarket, places to eat within 3 minutes distance, even next door.
Cons: Not for bigger/larger people. don't even fit in the elevator, or bathroom.

Pros: Was very close to eiffel tower and transport; internet connection was great
Cons: Mattresses were not the best and the pillows needed replacing; construction happening next door that went from 0700 to 2100 which was really annoying

Pros: Room very clean, perfect location with metro, shop and eifel tower view --> great for couples

Pros: We were allowed to leave our baggages for a few hours before leaving for the airport.
the hotel is next to a supermarket which makes it very convenient for budget travellers like us.
the hotel is conveniently located in front of a metro station and very near eifel tower and ecole militaire.
Cons: The front desk guy was not very helpful, unlike another guy on a different shift who was helpful with our baggages, especially because the reception area is on the 2nd floor.

Pros: The location is great. ecole militerie metro station is right outside the door. there is a supermarket next door and a good cafe on the corner. the base of the tour eiffel is about a ten minute walk but you can walk two blocks for an unrestricted view. the room and bathroom were clean. we stayed in room 61.
Cons: The room was a bit on the warm side. the hotel is on a busy street so if the window is open there is a lot of noise. the windows are dual pane so that if closed you cannot hear the traffic. for older travelers, there are three stairs to a very small lift that goes to the rooms. to get to the receptionist you have to walk up a flight of steps (12-15).
