Pros: Tara towers staff are excellent they will do whatever is within their power to make your experience at their hotel a happy one.

Pros: Helpful staff, bar and eating area pleasant to be in and food/breakfast was 0k/good.
Cons: The exterior of the hotel is not that appealing. the room was ok. noticed paint work was peeling and there was an odour in the room that was not very pleasant.

Pros: There was a problem with the room allocated to us however the receptionist up-graded us to an executive room for the inconvenience and was very helpful.

Pros: Check in was fast and easy, everything went to plan, breakfast was enjoyable, hotel was very well situated for our needs.
Cons: Paid for three people in room but towels supplied for two people, there was a broken light fitting in the bathroom and the kettle plug was broken.

Pros: Upgraded to executive room without requesting this. very clean, good breakfast, quiet (even with christmas parties in the hotel). helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Had to wait for room to be made up, even though we arrived 2 hours after earliest check-in time. consequently two small bottles of bulmers at the bar cost us €10!!

Pros: Hotel was close to my intended destination, food was very good,
Cons: Huge crack in sink, paid for a room for three but condiments only sufficient for two at a push.bath taps worn and very hard to shut off. lifts shabby, only one lift appeared to be working.

Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. although there is a mistake on the booking at th ebeginning which the breakfast should be included, they retified it immediately.

Pros: Staff were polite and helpful at all times.
Cons: There appeared to confusion with regard to our booking. we had paid for b&b but hotel disputed this. however, once they contact the booking agent and confirmed everything was fine.
