our room was big enough, with a queen size bed, two sofas and a small table as well. i'd recommend this b&b, specially because you will be very close to the termini station. free internet connection is another interesting feature in this b&b.
paolo and his team are always trying that you feel like being at home.

Cons: Close to being perfect, it is my opinion that if the hotel gave 2 complimentary bottles of water for guest arriving at the hotel for each room, it would have really made outstanding value for money.

Pros: Paulo, the owner is a very good host. he gives you lots of info to help with your sightseeing in rome and gives advice on how to beat queeues and which restaurants to use. brilliant old fashioned lift and well decorated rooms.
Cons: Most definately needs to put tea/ coffee making facilities either in each room or in the breakfast room, as it isn't possible to get a cup of tea when you arrive back after a long day's sighseeing.
