Pros: La habitación bastante cómoda, muy bien aseado y las personas muy serviciales.
Contras: Nada negativo, lo único es que no tiene ascensor pero hacer ejercicio es bueno

Pros: All things which are related to staying at this hotel are absolutely perfect.

Pros: I was nervous as i had read a couple of bad reviews however i was very surprised at how nice the hotel was. it was literally a five minute walk from termini and a ten minute walk to the old centre. we walked everywhere and felt very safe in the area. the beautiful basilica was right in front of us and the view from our hotel was stunning as we could look right at it. the receptionists were very nice and helped us a lot and recommended great places to eat. the room was very clean and spacious, the ensuite shower was also clean and we had nice hot water constantly. the shower had great water pressure. there was a simple breakfast till 10 am and for the price i paid i wouldn't complain!

Pros: The location is good.
Cons: The hotel was overbooked and the staff tired to give us a tiny room which was not not qualified for our reservation. when we rejected the room, the manager told us life is complicated and we have to learn how to compromise. we know that life is not easy but we were on our vacation and don't need anybody to teach us life lessons, especially not from a hotel manager.

Pros: Couldn't fault anything about hotel or location.
Cons: Lots of stairs and no lift. not a problem for us, but would be for immobile/lazy people.

Pros: Friendly staff, nice clean and comfortable room, towels were changed everyday. good breakfast. very central location.

Pros: The location of the hotel is one of the best things about it, it's near to termini station so you won't find it hard to go anywhere in rome from that point. it wasn't noisy at all. the beds were comfortable.breakfast was enjoyable.
Cons: Tv and ac didn't work. the bathroom is too small and the shower area is really tiny that it's a must to let water outside forming a lake inside the bathroom. electric sockets are useless. the wifi didn't cover all the room we had to stay on the floor near the door to get internet.

Pros: The room was beautiful and the hotel was conveniently located. however, the best part was the staff. they were always extremely pleasant and helpful. would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, the location is good and the staff were very helpful. considering it is only a 2 star hotel it is very good value for money.
Cons: Don't stay in the guest rooms if you are not capable/dont want to walk up stairs. it made no difference to us but for some it may be a issue.

Pros: If we went back to rome, we would book this hotel again - excellent location and good service, excellent value for money
Cons: No iron ( not sure if any other hotel in rome has those facilities) but there is a loundry service nearly opposite the hotel where you can do ironing.

Pros: Nice big rooms, air conditioned. good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. the room was clean. on first impression was'nt too sure about the area, but after first evening we were sitting out until 12pm at one of the many restaurants in the area enjoying a meal or a coffee.
Cons: Not having a lift. we had to carry suitcases up and down 5 flights of stairs, although we were helped by one of the reception staff when we arrived. there was a stairlift for disabled guests.

Pros: Shower room door is broken. found some molds in the walls of the bathroom. also a sprite bottle from previous under the bed was found ,apparently the housekeeping didnt do her/his job well.
