Pros: Clean rooms, easy access to main attractions. good breakfast. the photos on the website needs updating, they make the hotel look poor.
Cons: International call (rome to uk) was so expensive, i honestly think it is unjustified. it is really 20 times more than any provider would charge. that is the only negative element i found.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was quite good.
Cons: Toilette in bathroom had a cracked seat, and needed to repaired twice during our stay. out of the four showers we took, none made it all the way through with hot water. though the metro was 10-15minute walk away, i wished the hotel was closer to everything. strange wifi login system does not work well with iphones, and i had to use it in the lobby since the signal was not strong enough in my room.

Pros: Nice clean hotel. breakfast poor, bud good. the staff was excelent.
Cons: Long distance to the metro, no spetial information about the night busses or transfer oportunity.not so big breakfast value. we mist the warm breakfast.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient staff on reception and at breakfast, clean rooms and easy to get into the city.
Cons: No coffee or tea in teh room and no where you could get a drink of any description at the hotel.

Pros: Good location only 3 stops on metro to centre great restraunt only across the road perfect place to rest after a hard days sightseeing without the expense of the city centre hotels

Pros: The staff were absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful and excellent english.
the room was always clean and was made up each day.
breakfast was great and kept us full until well after lunchtime. we did a day tour to pompeii one day and left before breakfast was served. the staff packed us bags of breakfast things to take as we missed breakfast in the hotel.
only a 5 minute walk to the metro stop so it was very easy to get around rome.
there was a really great restaurant just around the corner called filadelfia which the hotel recommended and it was amazing! the best food we ate in rome and the most lovely staff.

Pros: Location from the rail transit is great (7 mins), the rooms were fantastic (beyond our expectation, bathroom was spacious), breakfast on rooftop floor (great view) was pleasing, cleanliness is spot on. no complaints!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. the staff were excellent, the hotel is 5 mins from the metro & 3 stops to the central station & there are lots of great shops & restaurants near the hotel. the large bath especially is perfect after a long day touring the city
Cons: None whatsoever. however i would like to take the opportunity to advise travellers against getting taxi's in rome as the drivers overcharge tourists at an enormous rate.

Pros: Clean hotel with a nice sized bathroom and crisp white towels. although slightly further from the centre of rome than we thought, the bus travelcards made it worthwhile and the distance was no longer a problem. good takeaway pizza shop near the crossroads made late night munching worthwhile and we utilized the courtyard.

Pros: We found the hotel to be closer to the centre of rome than expected. it was approx. 10 mins walk to the metro, and about 4-5 stops to the coliseum, so the location was perfect. the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent - with a good choice of cereal, fruit and pastries. we also had a double shower in our room which we didn't expect (room 408).
Cons: No - however, on approach to the hotel we were concerned with the amount of graffiti in the area, however the streets were quiet and we did not notice any trouble throughout our stay. don't let this put you off.
