Pros: Los chicos de recepcion, nos trataron fenomenal sobre todo mario.muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable.

Pros: Muy buena la ubicación y la disposición de personal de la conserjería

Contras: La habitacion triple la cama del tercero es muy mala, considero que solo deben ser dobles las habitaciones

Pros: The hotel is fantastically located right in the heart of rome. the staff are all lovely and the room was kept lovely and clean.
Cons: Would of been nice to know that the tax you pay on leaving can only be paid in cash, not card. i had to do a mad dash to the cash machine before getting my flight!

Pros: Very friendly staff, location is excellent, the room was well serviced, cleaned daily and it was quiet! good breakfast too, all very organised. it was easy for us.
Cons: No, nothing negative, very pleasant stay and managed to keep to budget!

Pros: The location was good; not far from the termini and a decent walk to the sights. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were small but clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled.
Cons: The included breakfast was just a continental style, and the internet access was diffcult and frustrating, and there was a charge for it.

Pros: Central location - easy to walk to most attractions. rooms clean and nicely decorated
Cons: Beds are hard

Pros: Very clean room. staff very helpful at all times
Cons: The room was very small and had very poor natural light as it only looked out on another building so most of the natural light was cut out. the bed was extremely hard and was n ot a double, even though we requested that but two singles pushed together. we asked for a room change and was informed that the room we was in was in fact one of the bigger rooms that they used to sleep three people. the breakfast was very basic with not even real toast.

Cons: Internet quite slow. would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room to make stay perfect.

Pros: The hotel was perfect place as near to all the sights
Cons: Being english !! i would have loved a kettle for cup of tea !!

Pros: Great location - cool lobby - friendly efficient staff, all with excellent english
Cons: Extremely slow lift to the 5th floor where the hotel rooms were situated - breakfast room small and crowded at peak times

Pros: Great location central to major sites. helpful staff. clean rooms and nice bathroom.
Cons: Beds were hard. small breakfast area.
