Pros: La situación es excelente, pués esta a 5 minutos andando de la estación de termini (metro, trenes y lanzaderas hacia aeropuerto). también en la misma calle hay varios restaurantes y dando un paseo de 15 - 20 minutos por via cavour te plantas en el coliseo. resumiendo: lo único bueno la ubicación
Contras: El hotel milo, pese a sus 3 estrellas, sería una pensión en españa, pués esta ubicado en un edifico con varios hoteles. en cada planta hay un hotel.cierto es que las habitaciones estan limpias y el baño es amplio y limpio, pero el hotel es cutre y por la noche puede dar algo de miedo el portal. es una verguenza la pagina web del hotel porque te lo ponen como un hotelazo

Pros: El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y dispuesto. si vuelvo a roma voy de nuevo a este hotel.

Pros: As the hotel is close yo termini, any transport connection is very easy.

Pros: Location, price was expensive but cheap for rome, staff was kind

Pros: This was an extremely positive experience. tha staff were fabulous and the extra touches of this hotel were of a calibre usually found in more expensive hotels.

Cons: The hotel actually shares a building with 3 other hotels. note there is a flight of stairs before the lift, reception on first floor, bedrooms on 3rd and 5th floor. first impression wasnt good, but hotel stay was ok. no services in bedroom ie tea, coffee, kettle etc. mini bar advertised but not there. hotel staff very helpful. overall had a pleasant stay.

Cons: We wnet out fromthe station in the wrong? exit and wollow your description and went two blocks dont to the correct street but had 5! blocks to the right to walk. that is ok if the you have sad so. we whwrw lucky - some other gests had a gps phone and helped us.

Pros: Great to be located close to train station. hotel was very quiet at night.
Cons: Hotel staff was not very helpful.

Pros: Dur to airline foul-up i arrived a day late so only had one night at this hotel. they did not charge me for the night i did not occupy the room, perhaps because i had let them know i would not be there. the person manning the desk was very kind, spoke very good english and was helpful. the woman in charge of making my room ready was even better even tho she had no english. she hurried her crew because she could see i was exhausted and needed to lie down. the room was very clean. there was a fan in the room!! the temperature was 90ºf and the humidity 100%. the breakfast (included) was very nice and served some little pots of meat for extra protein.
Cons: Do not believe any of the photos you may see on the web of hotel milo. you will see what i mean when you see the reception area! i booked here partly because they advertise "lift". since i am 67 and carrying luggage for a month long trip i knew i didn't want stairs. be advised you will have to carry your bags up the first flight (a difficult spiral staircase) because the lift does not go down as far as the ground floor. my single room was very small but clean and had a safe. it overlooked the patio which was where everyone went to smoke and that wafted into my open windows at all hours.

Pros: Located near to main station. we were able to walk everywhere we wanted from the hotel.
Cons: Lots of stairs to navigate!

Pros: Room was recently renovated, so was very fresh and clean. size was also good.
Cons: Room was somewhat noisy, even on the 5th floor.

Pros: Cleanliness of room. closeness to termini
Cons: Didn't know we had to lug suitcases up 2 staircases before we got to the lobby. husband just had shoulder surgery and wasn't suppose to be lifting anything heavy!

Pros: Good location. good room size. very helpful staff.
Cons: Downstairs entrance looks a bit grim. the hotel operates from just 3 of the 6 floors in the building. but don't be put off, it's good value.
