Pros: La estancia en general ha sido francamente buena. el personal es muy amable, el desayuno estupendo, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y está muy bien situado. es un hotel barato y que parece tener más estrellas de las tres que tiene.

Cons: There were ants in the room, reception and my room were in two different buildings. hard to find room and breakfast was meager for the additional price. wouldn't return.

Pros: Good location, ruth bar,hotel staff is wondefull, cleanliness was fantastisk, very good value for money

Pros: Excellent location just a short distance from the main train/bus station. very friendly staff.

Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the room was the only positive things.
the staff in the dining room is not pleasant at all, the front desk staff are not very helpfull as i was denied acces to the internet on the ground that no more lines available.
it is too expensive

Pros: The hotel was ideally placed, close to termini. the rooms were very clean and the staff helpful. the breakfast was excellent and i would recommend this hotel.
Cons: There wasn't much room in the bathroom to store toiletries and the lighting wasn't fantastic for applyng make-up. the tv was also very small and looked like it was an 'after-thought.

Pros: The staff were helpful.
Cons: The room was very noisy as there was not carpet on the floors in the room or the hallway. the maid staff was not quite in the hallways when the began their day, despite guests still trying to sleep in the rooms.

Pros: The room was lovely and beautifully cleaned everyday. the hotel is located in an excellent place, convenient to trains and walkable to many locations. the roof top bar staff and the breakfast staff were wonderful.
Cons: The front desk staff appreared not to like americans. when i aproached the front desk (and i observed this with other patrons as well) they ignored you until a question was asked. basically they ignored you until it was convenient to acknowledge your presence or you became annoying when my internet did not work they said it was not their problem, but the location of the room. when i checked out i was given a credit. the refused to give us a second room key until we made a huge fuss. originally we were told it was possible and they did not have extras, it then took them about 15 seconds to make one up.

Pros: Great central location of the hotel to transport etc. while not free, wifi connection very affordable. staff helpful.
Cons: Decor dark in rooms so a little depressing. breakfast limited and doesn't cater well for non european tastes.

Pros: Very clean and functional. staff polite and helpful when needing information.
Cons: Breakfast restaurant on one day looked as if a bomb had hit it. very little food available and tablea not cleared away quickly. could be due to the fact that there was a large party of young lads staying there who seemed to have an enormous appetite!
