¿Cómo llegar al hotel?From Prague Airport: Take bus nr. 119 and get off at metro stop 'Dejvicka'. The bus journey takes about 25 minutes. From there, take metro line A direction 'Skalka' and change metro stop 'Muzeum'. Change to metro line C direction Ladvi and get off at the Hlavni Nadrazi metro station. The metro stop is only a 5-minute walk away from the hotel.

The hotel was just outside central location but we could easily walk to town and even to charles bridge and prague castle. the lady on the bar was very friendly. the rooms were small - mainly the bathroom. however just enough for space for only the 2 of us. my partner wanted to book a nice romantic meal and went down to ask at reception - they recommended 'the towers restaurant'. was such a nice romantic place to eat - would definitly recommend to eat here.
We ordered breakfast in room and we didnt recieve it untill an hour after the time we requested it. when i called to query it, the receptionist said she mis-read the room number but had it with her at reception. she said she would send it up straight the way. however she sent it up as it was so the hot choclate was cold, the toast was cold and hard, the fruit wasn't fresh and there were no crossiants. after complaining they sent up a replacement of the above however there was nomore fruit left. this was disappointing. we also paid for late check out and after being out for the day came back to our room not letting us in. the receptionist then said it was because we had a late check out - to my concern if she knew this why did she not then provide us with an updated room card/key. we also ordered a taxi to take us to the airport at 11am on our lastv day. then we came back at 3.30pm and the recepionist had still not ordered the taxi that we ordered for 4pm!! this was also annoying. she did order a taxi for us but we had to rush and be ready in 10 minutes. there was also no english tv besides one channel - sky news, and you could not change to english subtitles.Anónimo
