It will be a perfect starting point for your trip around Prague. You can easily reach most of the famous Prague monuments in just a few minutes. If you don't feel like walking, you can take tram lines Nr. 5, 9, 26 (Nr. 55, 58 after midnight) as well. The Husinecka tram stop is about 50 m from the apartments.
