Good location and very nice people in reception

very clean bathroom and room
It is unacceptable the exchange rate they use (their own one. advisable to pay cash and in euros (if reservation made in euros) otherwise price of room is much higher than expected!
easytobook.com webpage states this is a four star hotel but it actually is a 3 star only.
kitchen staff does not speak english at all so difficult to communicate while asking things at breakfast if you are not czechAnónimo

Our room was on the ground floor, close to the reception desk. it was very noisy!!. the breakfast was very poor.
we had to paid as soon as we arrived to the hotel. we made the reservation in euros. i paid with visa card and the hotel made the change into krons with a favorable rate for them. as my bank used another rate, the stay at the hotel costed us 8 euros more than the price we booked. i asked the manager of the hotel to solve this situation but she told me that it was my guilty becouse y should pay in cash!!
it is not a 4 stars hotel!!! Benítez García
