Pros: El desayuno es muy bueno ( crusanes, fruta, huevos revueltos, sandwiches, cereales, cafe, zumo...), lo único bueno que tiene " el hotel " aparte se tener una parada de metro a 2 minutos que va directa a picadilly circurs
Contras: El personal que regenta el sitio es extrangero y no da mucha confianza dejar tus pertenencias mientras visitas la ciudad...no hay ni siquiera recepción, es un edificio viejo y feo con habitaciones simplemente, las paredes son de carton y la puerta de la habitación parece de papel. pese a todo esto, las camas y el baño esta limpio.

Pros: Very helpful staff. clean room with up to date features like thumb print access instead of keys.

Pros: Everything was perfect. the hotel was easy to get to on the tube, the room was excellent and included breakfast items which was great as we had to leave early the morning after our stay.

Pros: Excellent location. great vouchers for local breakfast
Cons: No manager on site. no one there on initial arrival

Pros: The facilities are good, also the wood laminate flooring in the room.
Cons: The first floor is full of mould caused by a washer/dryer in the small kitchen with no door off the first floor passageway, there is no window in this room only a small extractor fan near the ceiling. the stairs and the corridor have a carpet which is full of mould from the washer/dryer used to wash the sheets and towels every day. the small room in which i stayed had mould through the small bathroom and the laminate flooring, and was very unpleasant in which to stay. this is a health hazard, i heard one of the cleaners wheezing and coughing, it could be due to the environment in which she works. i did not mention this to the french owner as i did not think that would alter any of it.

Pros: Very friendly owner, service was very good, he even helped us change room as i had booked the wrong room type, i needed two beds, and not one :) but he had a cancellation and that meant we could change room :o) the pictures on the website need to be corrected so that other people don't make the same mistake.

its close to the underground, so its easy to get too, and if you fly in from heathrow its very close.
excellent value for money in what is usually an expensive city :)

Pros: Hotel was clean, close to south ealing tube station, helpful staff member. very well priced.
Cons: Not that important to us, but for our breakfast we had to make 5 minute walk to get to local cafe where it was served. not a big deal, we didn't mind at all.

Pros: The staff were so lovely and helpful. the room had its own fridge, kettle, tea, plate, cutlery, great tv and bathroom, sink(kitchen). access to a microwave, toaster, coffee machine. while staying there i always felt safe. it had great access to south ealing train station i travelled both into central london and heathrow airport and it was so easy.
i had a really positive experience

Pros: Great place to stay if you need easy access to heathrow as its on the tube line direct to the airport. easy to find and covenient to everything, supermarket, shopping centre, tube station etc.. the staff were really nice and helpfull, room was clean and included breakfast pack in the room and an all day breakfast voucher to be used at a local cafe only a few minutes walk away. there is also a kitchen for guest to use. couln't fault anything, i had a very injoyable stay, thanks bennys.

Pros: Newly renovated, and very clean. location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the south ealing tube station. only 25 minutes from heathrow airport and no train transfers to make. also just 30 minutes to the theatre district. again, no transfers to other trains needed. the staff is extremely helpful.

Pros: Room was very clena and comfortable, with no carpet at all which as an allergic to dust is an advantage. the location is very quiet and very well communicated, there are bus stopes just near and a metro sation 300 metres away (picadilly line)
