the location is very good but a little difficult to find thesmall brand of the hotel.the street next to the hotel is too noisy till middle of the night
Pros: Not much (see below)
Cons: The staff double booked our room for our reservation on sept. 14, so they took the liberty of booking us a hotel that they claimed was a "10 min" walk from the royal road residence (it was much longer, especially with luggage, and not even in the same part of town). the new room was about half the size of the room we'd originally booked, with no kitchen, etc., which was what drew us to royal road in the first place. they then refused to give us any sort of discount for our troubles...we were thoroughly shocked by this unprofessional behavior. this, and they knew i had a broken foot and was unable to walk far...they didn't even offer to call us a cab. we would have at least preferred to have been called and told the situation, since it ended up taking up half a day out of our vacation (they had our cell number on hand, they just, i guess, didn't feel our time was important enough to at least give us a ring to let us know our room wasn't available).

Pros: The great location and the staff absolute friendliness (cristina) made the trip better with a smooth, clean and quiet place to rest from the daily up and abouts. (i'd, indeed, recommend this hotel to any kind of travelers (but the budget one's).
