Staff very helpful. Apartment well equipped and well serviced. Reliable bus service from outside the hotel and excellent rail links from the Hauptbahnhof...............................................

We (me, my wife and 10 month daughter) stayed here for four nights late October 2012. We stayed in room 619. The room was fantastic. Very large with a great kitchenette. Allowed us to do all required baby-related food prep and sterilisation etc. This room looks out into a courtyard area and across to an office building. Not a great view, but very quiet.Staff were very helpful. We had to buy a replacement buggy (easyjet lost an essential part of ours) and staff were keen to research this for us and send us to a brilliant shop (Babywaltz) around a 10euro taxi ride from the hotel. Also, the restaurant staff were very accommodating. One morning at breakfast (which is amazing and convenient. Book it in advance. You won't regret it.) the main room was very busy so they took us to the conference room where there was an additional buffet breakfast that we had the sole use of! This was a nice touch that was really appreciated as our daughter might've got a bit grouchy if we had to wait for a table suitable for a babychair. Also, when we dined there one evening, cooking up some fresh vegetables (that were not on the menu) was no problem for the staff.We did not have a bath but this was not a problem. Our daughter loved having a shower with one of us! If sure you would be able to request this if one was essential for you.Re: the lack of free Wi-fi...If you really need to get online, there is a free-to-use computer in the corner of the restaurant.The pool is probably a bit too cool for really young ones, but our daughter enjoyed a quick 10 minute paddle in there. I was told by staff it was 27c. We didnt try any other leisure facilities.One niggle was that when checking in we were told that the cot we had requested when booking (through easytobook.com) would be a additional 10euro per night. This would've been a travel cot.

Excellent location in relation to the main train station, easy walk to and from even with the construction. Great Italian restaurant a block over. Water pressure was very good and plenty of room in the bathroom. Having a kitchen area for light foods and drinks as well as a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes is the best way to travel abroad!The staff was helpful and spoke English. We were given a map and they marked our location upon our arrival so we would know where to "come home" to. I also took business cards so we could give any taxi driver we might have dealt with the actual address. There were three of us in the room and when we asked for additional towels they were provided in a timely manner.I would definitely stay in this hotel and try other Adina hotels in the future.

Spending four nights in Berlin this hotel was an extremely good choice. Not the cheapest alternative, but worth every pence. Nice personnel, very clean and comfortable room, good breakfast and nice sauna with pool. I honestly recommend this hotel for a stay in Berlin.

Great hotel with good amenities. The rooms were spacious, modern and kept very clean. The hotel facilities were good, and would suit all types of travellers. The location was also a short walk from transport links, as well as some of the main Berlin sights. Staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Our group had a studio apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment, both were excellent and a good size. A small balcony is also included in both rooms, as well as array of modern equipment. Curtains also kept the light out in the mornings, and the property is in a quiter area, so external noise is low. I would certainly recommend this property and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Adina apartments. We had booked a studio, but had an upgrade - which was great. Furniture, decoration, atmosphere etc. is very nice and modern and we didn't miss anything. You could live in a location that is a little more central, but you can walk to a lot of places from here and it is nice and quiet at night.All in all great stay.

This is our third stay at Adina Apart. Hotel Hauptbahnhof in Berlin, and it won't be our last! The rooms are big and very well insulated so you can't hear any noice from your next door nabor or from the hallway. Breakfast is sooooo good; nothing is missing. The staff are all very helpfull and friendly and you feel very welcome. Alexander Platz and Friederichstrasse is within walking distance, and if you don't want to walk, you have a choice of either the U-Bahn, a Tram or several busses. It takes approx. 8 min. by Tram to get to Alexander Platz.

My Husband and I spent four nights in a very spacious apartment. We were very pleased with all the hotel had to offer. The reception staff especially the lovely Australian gentleman were very pleasant and always helpful. The breakfast choices and quality/variety and service were excellent.I would highly recommend the hotel which far exceeded our expectations.

We found our way with some difficulty. The name of the u-ban station was different from the one you named . We think directions to Hauptbanhof would have made the journey from the airport more straightforward and would have made it easier to find the hotel. Everything else was excellent . We are looking forward to our next trip to Berlin and staying with you again.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and efficient and the hotel was very well place and it was great that there is a regular express train that only takes 25 mins to get to the airport which was 5 mins walk fro the hotel.

Pros: We were originally staying for one night only, but our other accomodation fell through and the hotel very kindly found us a room at very short notice. probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. definitely have recommended it to friends and would use this hotel in other countries.
Cons: Niggly things really.missing corkscrew, flat batteries in remote control,lack of slippers in room. all easily rectified by staff when asked.

Pros: Lovely, newish hotel with friendly staff, and impressiv breakfast. ideal lokation in quiet area(but only 10 minutes walk from main station, 5 minutes walk to u-bahn, tram and shopping). you can walk to frederichstrasse and oranienburg strasse, and also to alexander platz (the last you can also reach by tram which takes about 5 minutes). have stayed at the hotel once before, and will stay there again the next time we visit berlin.

Cons: The bar area/ restaurant was not open during the day which would have been handy. two small single quilts on a double bed - not very comfortable.
