The hotel and the room was very clean, the free minibar was excellent. the staff were all very helpfull and polite. i will be stopping at this hotel again on my next visit.The breakfat in the morning were to expensive else we would of had eatin there instead of goig to the cafe for breakfast.Madden

The hotel was ideally lcated near to a metro and the bus station so if you fly into ginona and catch a barcelona bus you arrive next to the hotel Anonyme

The hotel was very clean and modern and recetption staff were extremely helpful. rooms were very nice and modern and the bathrooms were very good. its about 15 minute walk to sagrada familia and la rambla and there is a taxi rank, metro station and train station within a couple of minutes walk.

The room was nice and tidy and the cleaning lady was prompt with the cleaning. overall, very great experience!!! plus the minibar is all free. A bit out of the way from the main tourist sites but definitely worth the money. Anonyme

Ideal for people using the nord bus station. good location. would definitely stay again. very clean. staff very accommodating. metro easy to use close by hotel.Serving food later at night and the bar stopping open later for the later travellers would be ideal,but would still recommend the hotel.CATHERINE GILLIGAN

I booked several rooms at the hotel for a stag weekend, and as with this things had booked one room too many, i appreciated the 24 hour cancellation rule but spoke to reception who stated that i could cancel one room for the sunday night and was guaranteed that it would be done. when sunday came, however, i was informed by another, more bullish member of staff that i couldn't cancel with the hotel even though i had given 48 hours notice and the other member of staff had said it was okay as i should have cancelled through my booking agent. i have never come across this before with a hotel as it appears that they had shifted all responsibility for the rooms to yourselves. this left something of a bitter taste after what had been a great weekend in barcelona. i certainly won't be recommending the hotel to any of my friends or colleagues, which is unfortunate as it is a very nice hotel with the majority of the staff being friendly and polite.
