 "Budget accommodation - does the job!"
Cheap accommodation, but even so, the furniture could be updated. Beds were very short, but air conditioning in bedrooms was a plus. Fairly well equipped kitchen and bathroom clean, if very old. Balcony with fantastic views was best point, but another negative was the flights of steps to reach the front door! Apart from the steps, location was great - 2 mins from the beach and in centre of Lapad.

 "Great stay with great value"
It was difficult to find the location due to the one-way traffic in front of the house in the first day but it's easy to get familiar with the area. Easy access to the bus stop to the downtown and to the beach. The host is nice and provided useful information regarding the area and trip to the downtown. The kitchen, rooms and the toilets are clean. It is very cheap as well. Great location and value for a long vacation!
