"Hotel is very good and staff are very kind and helpful"

Pros: Hotel is very good and staff are very kind and helpful. location is good with carpark.
Cons: The hotel must arrange for the swimming pool.
web need to be improved, as i have booked a room and showing that we 5 adults, but internet book only for two person so i have to pay more money than my budget which has disturbured my spending and enjoyment. imagine if i didnot have enough money what could happend?
please not this is very serous problem need to be resolved urgently. i am frequnty travel around the world for business but this time this was upset sutuation.
thanks and take my feedback as to improve service and get more customers.
