The building is named after the famous and historical Liceu Theatre. The apartments are typical lofts in an 18th century building, totally renovated in 2007. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city, and it is well connected with public transportation.
The studio loft can accommodate up to four people. It has a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils provided. Linen and towels are also provided. The comfortable living room has color TV and DVD. Having air conditioning and heating makes the studio loft perfect for all year round stays.
Important information, please read carefully:
-There is no reception in the building; you need to call at the telephone number stated on your booking confirmation in order to arrange your check-in before your arrival.
-In addition, you need to inform in advance to the Apartments via the 'remarks/requests' field of the reservation form your exact arrival time.
-The check in time starts at 14:00hrs. If you arrive before 14:00hrs, you can go to the apartment office located at Pescatería, 1 – Barcelona to store your luggage.
-For late check-ins (after 22:00 hours) there would be an extra fee of EUR 25.
-FGA Apartments do not accept American Express credit cards to guarantee your booking.
