Pros: Reception staff were polite and very helpful. the location was good too, for people who don't mind a little walk to get to the centre of the city.
Cons: The breakfast menu was 'static' and by the end of the week, i was a bit tired of the choice. different cheese and
sliced meats etc whould have made all the difference.

Pros: Loved it, we where very impressed, good location and nice and clean. paris on the other hand needs a good clean up, to much graffitti.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful; the location is excellent for tourism; the use of internet connected computers is much appreciated when travelling with older children.
Cons: Several things did not work completely : the additional bed was not really suitable for a teenager; the shower head would not stay in position; the air-conditioning could not cope with the hot weather; and lift was out of service one day. however, none of these issues was serious, and they did not impact our enjoyment of the holiday.

Pros: Room size good.staff helpful and efficient. excellent breakfast. very impressed that i forgot to lock away my laptopin the room safe during the day when i was out but everything was fine when i returned. tea/coffee facilities in the room although this was not on the web and i had taken my own little kettle! very pink! will use again if i come to paris.
