"Magical hotel and location, friendly staff couldn't do enough for you"

Pros: Magical hotel and location, friendly staff couldn't do enough for you. we got a water taxi straight to the hotel front door it was like something out of a bond movie. the staff were at the door to help us off the boat and take our luggage. it was very special.
Cons: Minor things the hair dryer in the en suit was a strange and use less contraption just as well i have short hair.
