Pros: It was much larger than i had expected and had a wonderful view. the building was secure and quiet. it hadn't expected to have a washing machine which worked out great. i really really enjoyed the heated bathroom floor!
Cons: This particular apartment needed a suspended shower curtain to help keep the water off the bathroom floor. it was just this one small thing. otherwise, perfect!
