Avantages: L'hotel est très bien placé, le personnel est agréable

Avantages: L'accueuil est incomparable. lina vient vous chercher à la gare et vous guide jusqu'à l'hotel, ce qui fait gagner un temps fou et a le mérite de vous faire connaître les raccourcis pour rentrer à l'hotel. elle prend le temps de vous installer et de vous expliquer les coins à visiter et les directions à suivre. en plus, elle est extremement sympathique et disponible pour venir en aide. en ce qui concerne la chambre, il ne faut s'attendre au grand luxe, ni à au séjour ultra romantique, mais c'est tout à fait propre et fonctionnel. nous étions 4 filles, dans une chambre pour 4 personnes plutôt spacieuse et lumineuse. c'était très agréable surtout pour ce type de weekend entre amis. de plus la chambre était équipée d'une cuisine et table ce qui est toujours utile..bref, à recommander, pour tous, mais surtout pour les séjours en entre amis.
Désavantages: Le seul bémol serait l'escalier vertigineux et très étroit, ce n'est certainement pas pratique pour les personnes hanicapées, mais après la première montée on s y fait. et c'est même marrant:)

Avantages: Tout!lina etait fatastique, lemplacement genial, avec tout ce qu'on cherchait autour ;)

The apartment was clean had all the equipment we needed for cooking and smoking the sofa beds were comfier thant the actual beds and the heating was jammed on in the room this effected my sleeping as i was next to radiator aoart from that it waas idea.l staff very helpful

Ive been to amsterdam 10 times in the last 6 years, and stayed in various trypes of accomadation, i stayed at the golden tulip, the Grand Plaza, Hostels, and Apartments.This is by far the best place i have stayed at. It is smoker friendly, and in a great location, central to the whole of amsterdam. i will never stay anywhere else again, Thank you sonia for a wonderful stay!!

Pros: Great place to stay! really friendly staff, the owner came to meet us at the train station to show us the way! room was very clean and an incredible bargain. highly recommended!
Cons: Old people beware, the stairs are frightening.

Pros: We had a fantastic time in amsterdam for the second year running. it started on the happiest note when we were greeted by duke, one of the owners of the funky chikin. he was most helpful and always willing to help with anything we needed (including going out and buying us a toaster just for our holiday!)
the apartment itself had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay in.
it was wonderful to come back from a long days walk round amsterdam and be able to cook and relax at our leisure. it's what holidays are all about!

our stay at the funky chikin has been only a positive one, with very friendly owners who were understanding and always on hand to help with anything.

we will be coming back! we will be recommending to everyone we know too!

Pros: We recieved a warm welcome on arrival and were given tips about about the best places to visit and how to get there. the room was lovely, clean and comfortable and warm. we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: What a great place to stay in the heart of the dam. perfect location for all the attractions holland has to offer. brilliant host who is very helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. i'll definatly be coming back to the funky chicken again.
