Great place to stay!! Tons of room. Slept 5 easily with 3 separate sleeping areas. We didn't use kitchen much but it was great to have refrigerator and freezer as well as dishwasher. The washing machine was a great plus. The owners were extremely helpful with restaurant/bar recommendations and directions. They gave us plenty of advice on tipping and service in restaurants. The location was FANTASTIC!! Right across the street from famous pub El Flecku. No noise and right in the middle of old and new town.

Pros: Very good for its price, has a big living room with a kitchen
Cons: Wireless internet was not working, we could connect to the network but no internet

Pros: I stayed in an apartment hotel, and the location was within a 15-20 minute walk from wencesles square and oldtown. the kitchen and bathroom were spacious, and there are a lot of bars on the street where the apartment is, and they are a lot cheaper to drink in than in the oldtown.
Cons: Yes, firstly, the main complaint i would have was that the television never worked the entire time i was there, even though i complained about this twice, and nothing was done. their website specifically said that there was a television in the apartment, and travelling alone, it would have been nice to have the television from time to time.

secondly, they advertise that their offices (reception) are open until 8.30pm monday to friday, and until 7.30pm on saturday. when i arrived at the reception, they have a sign up stating that they are closed at 5.30pm monday to friday, and 1.30pm on saturday. i was very annoyed with this as i had hoped to leave my baggage in the reception on saturday, so i could do another tour before i flew home, and then pick up my bag at 6pm. the receptionist apologised and organised with the tour company for me to put my baggage on the mini-bus. that was the least they could do.
other than that the apartment was very dark, even in the daytime, i needed to put the lights on, and the street outside was very noisy at night. when the windows were shut, they didn't seem to block the noise.
