This non-smoking room has an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi® whirpool hydro massage shower.

The room is equipped with a work desk, chair, individual thermostatic controlled air-conditioning and humidity, heating, an electric fan/ventilator, LCD TV, DVD player (on request), safety deposit box, special therapeutic mattress "Extra-memory Foam", top Italian bed linen, silken sheets, hairdryer, iron, ironing facilities (on request), wakeup service/alarm clock (on request), smoke detectors, emergency alarms and free Internet connection.

In case of a no-show or cancellation, after the terms of the cancellation policy the total amount of your reservation will be charged (100% penalty).z For group reservation (up to 3 rooms) or reservation longer than 5 nights, the 58 Le Real Deluxe B&B might request a prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

Le Real de Luxe is proposing you a delightful Apartment in the heart of Rome,
in Via Nazionale, which is one of the main prestigeous and representative streets in the centre of Rome, surrounded by famous Roman landmarks: beautiful churches, historical monuments, museums and hundreds of most exclusive boutiques. The apartment is situated only 250 meters from Spanish Steps and even closer to Trevi Fountain.

Apartments are much more than a simple hotel room; they don't have centralized services but more space and a great view on ancient Rome.

The Apartment is situated on the (elevator served) top floor of a five-floor historical building. The biggest bonus is its large private terrace with an unforgettable panoramic view of the Roman skyline. Terrace apartments in the centre of Rome are rare thus priceless...

The size of this non-smoking Apartment is approximately 70 m² , it has one double bed and can accommodate 2 persons.

The Apartment is equipped with individual thermostatic controlled air-conditioning and humidity, silken sheets, top Italian bed linen, an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing bathtube, luxurious toilet equipment, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing facilities, a living room with a table, chairs and a comfortable sofa, a remote control 42'' Plasma TV, a stereo, a DVD player, a Sky Modem (you can insert your own home Skycard or buy one), a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque (on request and payment, rate for the use of kitchen and barbeque: 20,00 euro/day), refrigerator and a 40 m² private terrace with panoramic view. Pets are not allowed.

It is important that our guests read this written lease agreement with policy information. This written agreement should clearly spell out the terms of the rental & fees:
* Arrival and departure times:
- Guests are expected to arrive at the 58 Le Real de Luxe B&B (Via Cavour 58) for 
   check-in. The Apartment is in Via Nazionale 51, 200 meters from the Le Real de Luxe.
- The check-in can be scheduled also at the Apartment (at EUR 25,00 extra fee), the check-in
   agent will be waiting 15 minutes before scheduled arrival time. In case of a more than 1 hour un-
   notified delay additional EUR 15,00 fee will be applied.
- We suggest our guests using Limoservice transportation from Roman airports. You can
   arrive at the 58 Le Real de Luxe B&B with the Limoservice to take the keys and then proceed to Via Nazionale Apartment.
- Guests are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of their passports (during their stay in the Apartment).
*Rate includes:
- All taxes, amenity fees and the initial linen and towel setup.
- Use of Kitchen with coffee and tea-making facilities, fridge, deep-freezer.
- Standard consumption of electric power, naturto gas, cold and hot water;
- Final cleaning
*Rate excludes:
- Breakfast is not included.
- Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate, however, is available at an additional rate.
- Use of cooking facilities and barbeque, however, these are available at the rate of EUR 25,00/day. Please, inform us in advance (before your arrival to Rome) if you want to make use of these.
