Well located hotel for visiting sites and shows in London. Child friendly, close to tube stations. Good food at reasonable prices. Rooms cleaned daily and friendly staff on hand for any problems which may arise. We will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. My only complaint is the cooked breakfast was lovely but COLD!!! Also the kettle in the room didn't work properly. Will certainly stay again. Location very good and near to tube station etc.

Cons: Yes we booked late checkout house keeping knocked at nine thirty and woke us up to say checkout essay eleven and we was in basement with no window it was very stuffy and hot

Pros: Only the hotel's location.
Cons: There were many negative points: for starters, it was the first time abroad we didn't know they would not accept euro payments, so we were not able to pay in euros and were obliged to pay by credit card with an extra commision. furthermore, we had to ask for adaptor more than 4 times without getting one not even for a little while, we were obliged to buy adaptors. the stuff was unprofessional, we were leaving on christmas day, they saw us departing and noone had the courtesy to inform us earlier or even at departure that there was no tube, buses or any kind of transport on the 25th except taxis. we had to ask random people on the street in order to get to heathrow. unacceptable. we will never visit this hotel again. on the above question on recommendations there should be a choice for noone.

Pros: Nice and quiet. relatively close to tube. pleasant neighborhood.
Cons: Poor internet service throughout stay almost ruined holiday. breach of promise by booking site and hotel. cost delays in urgent messages and hours of efforts to find alternatives outside hotel. should entitle us to partial refund.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and fresh and it situated perfectly for our plans.
Cons: Was in a smoking room which the website had not made clear was even an option. as a non-smoker i was quite annoyed at this! the staff at the hotel did try to swap the room.

Pros: The room was clean and there was free parking on site. it was in a nice area. the price was cheap but you get what you pay for.
Cons: Wew were given a basement room which was very oppressive with no natural light. it was extremely hot with no adjustable air co. there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and the fire alarm went off even though we kept the bathroom door closed. the hotel receptionist disappeared when we needed her.

Pros: All though the decore was a little dated it was cleane and plesant room
Cons: There were no rooms for smokers and we were on the fifth floor so this was a pain going up and down to go out side for a smoke.
