Berce Hotel Istanbul  

Pros: On arrival we had an extremely warm welcome and were immediately given a map and shown where we were in relation to the main tourist sights. all the main tourist sights were easily accessible from the hotel. the breakfast was excellent and it was great eating it up on the rooftop terrace with views of the bosphorous. the weather was cold when we were there but the hotel was wonderfully warm. we would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The website was a bit misleading in that we had the impression that there were views of the bosphorous from some of the bedrooms. this is not the case and we were told that others had also been misled.

Pros: The entire hotel and our room were always super clean. the staffs (particularly mr. mahmet kaya) were always very helpful. for the start of the day, the breakfast at the roof-top garden was wonderful (food, view and the server). although it was not exactly a 4 star-hotel as advertised, we were happy with the hotel facilities. while the hotel is located close to all major attractions in istanbul, it was not easy to find it and we got lost many times. there is no street signs in istanbul so even with the street map, it didn't help! don't worry. people in istanbul are very friendly and helpful (sometimes too much). we always managed to find our way at the end. we didn't know how to direct the cab drivers to our hotel, so we alays got off the cab at blue mosque and walked from there. one day we got back to the hotel late at night and did not want to go out again for a bite of dinner. the hotel stuff ordered a delivery of kabob dish for us from the nearby restaurant - cheap and delicious!

Pros: It was a wonderful time there in berce hotel!!!it is suitable to anyone and a perfect place to stay either if its honeymoon or business trip!we were so grateful cuz everything was amazing:the staff,our room,the location and the hotel itself!! they made our holiday the best!!!if we will go to istanbul again it is not a question that we definetely will stay at berce!!! we would like to thank you for them for everything once more, especially for being so kind and friendly and we wish them good luck in the future!:)
Cons: Nothing at all!!!
