Pros: Really well located, in the city centre of siena
Cons: Not all the room has a good bathroom. our first room didn't have a box for shower, just a plastic curtain. it was an uncomfortable, to stay in the toilet becuase of the water around it. it was quite noisy,in the corridor in the morning because of the cleaning staff.

Pros: The location was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. the british gentleman who was working the night shift was extremely kind and helpful. we enjoyed our stay!

Pros: The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. the guy in the reception desk spoke several languages fluently, this made it very easy to communicate. the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! i loved staying there and would definitely stay there again!
Cons: I never saw the restaurant as it is shown in the pictures. i felt that the hotel was a bit out of the way from the city center, but i didn't mind the walk. the tunnel from the main street into the hotel was very old and uncared for, it made it just a bit wary to walk through it.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the main piazza del campo and other major attractions. hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and made us feel welcome. we would stay here again on our next trip to siena which was absolutely beautiful!
