I arrived at the hotel only to find the the room I booked with you people was not available and contrary to your assumption that it was mr/mrs greg murray in fact I was with my daughter as no twin rooms were available a camp bed was required .The duty manager in fairness saw our dissapointment with this and offered us an upgrade to a suite (with a camp bed) which my daughter was very happy to stay in.In conclusion the hotel was superb but your booking system did nt work sufficentlyRegardsGreg Murray

When you cannnot escape working during your stay, comfort lies in the fact there there are well equipped rooms for your meetings here.
