Fantastic stay the hotel was clean comfortable the staff were amazing couldn't ask for a more enjoyable stay the room service was great cant say anymore all in all would recommend this hotel at anytime

Enjoyed the stay breakfast was excellent , only one complaint they removed our cups after the first night and never put any back for the second night which after a long day mean't no cup of tea before bed

 "Lovely hotel and very friendly staff, would highly recommend!"
We struggled a little to find the hotel as the website told us the closest underground station was Canary Whrf when in fact it was East India. However once we found it, we were greated by the very friendly and helpful staff who coudln't do more for us. The hotel itself was very clean and modern with all the amenities we could have needed. Would definitely stay again when visiting The O2!

I had a fantabolous stay at the hotel the facilities were of an excellent standard. The restaurant was of an extremly high standard , the food was great and the staff were extremly polite especially Nish and Odetta who were excellent in terms of manners . I felt spoilt by the attention and wonderfull service I would reccommend this hotel most definately.thanks and see you soon

 "olympic weekend"
This hotel was selected because of its proximity to the O2 arena. On arrival the staff were curteous and friendly. Check in was very easy and the standard of the hotel and room were both very high. The room was very well appointed and clean and the bed afforded an excellent nights sleep. if returning to London I would definitely consider using this hotel again
