 "Wedding visit"
Was there for a wedding and had a lovely time. All staff were pleasant and dealt with us promptly. The food was very nice. Our favourite thing about the hotel were the views and outdoor featured(waterfall, footbridge, etc.).

 "Management please take note.."
Kitchen only allowed so many covers at a sitting even though tables free in the restaurant (no pressure required there Mr Head Chef. The mind boggles. We had kids and had to wait until (pm for a table which is not fair on other diners. Wrong gas connected to Guinness resulting in bubbles galore. Room ready for cleaning signs changed on both our rooms to do not disturb. Very suspect way of housekeeping avoidance. Apart from those items of contention enjoyed the stay and would go back

Very nice, staff from reception to leisure centre were extremely helpful and friendly. Location jquite a bit outside of kinsale itself but nice and quiet and fine once you have a car. Would go back again

 "Ireland trip 2012"
The hotel location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding there. It is outside the town of Kinsale, but they do operate a mini bus service during the evening, which is very reasonably priced @ 3 euros per person. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor is a bit jaded now and could do with refreshing - there are scuff marks on the walls in some places but overall the good aspects of the hotel outweigh the bad.
