During our stay in Termini hotel we saw receptionist only during the first day. During other days we didn't see anyone to get any help. Besides we were told by receptionist to pay additional fee 2 Euro per person per night. This payment we had to make at hotel Welcome Piram Hotel which is in some way related to Termini hotel. There receptionist looked up at the information system and claimed that we hadn't paid for hotel. So we ended up paying second time for the same accomodation. Besides, the price I saw on easytobook.com web page differed substantially from the amount my account was charged by easytobook (88 LVL vs. 102LVL). As a result I have already placed claim through my bank to recover funds from your organization.

No problems.....good hotel and service.Easy access to Termini station and airport.The only negative thing i can say is that because i arrived late in the evening i had to collect the key to my room from the main hotel which was only a couple of minutes away from my room and on the same road.

Very complicated experiance1. Go to th elocation per book confirmation, the door was closed and there i sno any stuff2. Very lucky there is another person and he knows how to go to anhter place toget checkin but it's not in my book confirmation after several minutes3. The walk to another hotel to chekc in and was told there is no rrom available and reasign me to another place (Apartment)-- They should send this before I leave but they never did it.

Hi, I loved the hotel and would recommend it voveria.very good care, cleaning, we packed up and keep free! for that price we expected a worse hotel and a lot sorprencio the only flaw is the noise at night from a machine that we think is hot air from the other Room to hear a lot. thanks and great hotel
