 "Easter Break"
Excellent situated hotel for exploring bath; comfortable room; Shower did not work well and had to call out night manager to rectify, who was very polite. Would visit again. For price, great value! Thank you.

 "lovely hotel - great location."
A lovely stay. Location was fantastic, Roman Baths minutes away and lots of great restaurants and bars on our doorstep. On arrival we were given great Information about hotel and things to do in Bath and as a result we got the most out of our 2 day stay. Breakfast was lovely and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

 "Excellent Service"
Last night of our Honeymoon and the excellent Hotel Staff brought a bottle of wine in our room for us to share & celebrate. Very nice, service was thoughtful and excellent.The Reception staff were very helpful and gave us some ideas on what to see in Bath which saved us finding a visitors centre.

 "Birthday treat trip to Bath"
The Parade park is in a great location ,so close to all you need .Our room was a little small but clean and suitable for just a couple of days,could be a little noisy as at front of buliding but the outlook was lovely over the park and river view.The breakfast was not as we are usually used to but simple and ok but would have been nice to have choice of crossants also.All in all Bath is lovely and we were happy with the time we spent there and the friendly helpful welcome that greeted us.

Pros: Very central hotel, near the river and five minutes walk away from the abbey
the staff were kind and helpful at all times, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, the toilets were also clean. luggage can be left at the reception before/ after check in.
i would definitely recommend this place
Cons: Many stairs and no lift, so perhaps not very accessible if you have heavy luggage.
late check-in time (3pm) but we were lucky to find our room ready upon arrival.
