Too warm in the night, the windows could only a little bit open and the airco didn't work. No bath in the bathroom, only a good shower. Very nice beds. Sweets as a surprise for christmas. Friendly staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located for all the city cenrtre attrations and easy to get to from the Alexanderrplatz station. We found the room very comfortable and quiet at night. The room was provided with a mini kitchen including a range of teas and coffees but no kettle, although the reception staff were able to provide one when we asked. The full breakfast and meals were a bit expensive but there are plenty good cafes and restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast option is reasonable value and good if you are pushed for time. Staff were helpful and welcoming and the whole hotel was kept very clean. We would certainly come back again.

Pros: The location was perfect for sightseeing as it was walking distance from brandenburg gate, the reichstag etc.....the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a lovely strong shower.
Cons: The style of the hotel was modern, white and quite minimal which was lovely in the bedrooms but made the rest of the hotel seem very soulless and lacking in atmosphere. the corridors were completely bare with just a grey carpet throughout which was a bit prison-cell like.
we had a couple of drinks on our last night in the hotel bar and the lady serving was slow and rude - considering there was only 3 other people in the bar we shouldn't have had to wait 15 mins for 2 cocktails. also the bar area was so quiet that it felt awkward - the design is young and modern if they worked on creating a bit more atmosphere with some music for example i'm sure more people would be inclined to stop by for drinks on their way to or from their rooms.
