Cons: Fitness room very minimal; meals very expensive
Cons: No bar open after midnight so unable to get an alcoholic drink and mini bar was empty.
Cons: The only "minus" is the location, quite far away to the nearest tram/train station, about 15 min walking, but then only 20 minutes to the city.
