Cons: The building has an awkward main entrance (underpass, near bus station), which you would normally not be able to find except if taken there by concierge. they shouldn't pack so many hotels in one building.

Cons: Not with the hotel, but with your service. i had to cut my stay short by one day and was dismayed to find that i could not cancel my second day at the hotel. i tried to contact your website but found that there was no way i could contact you via my booking. i had previoulsy enjoyed using your service but as a businessman, my plans do have to change occassionlly. on this occassion i had to pay for another hotel room that night and was not happy with your no cancellation policy.
