Cons: The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. they lied to us the night before we checked in by telling us we would have a pack in play for my 1 year old daughter. when we checked in they informed us that they did not have one for us. suggested that i put my daughter to sleep on the floor. then they told me that if i had a pack in play at home maybe i should travel with it.
