 "Stay at Rome"
The hotel was oke, but is is very hard to get there by public transportation. De road from the bus to the hotel was dangerous en there was no room to walk.. There's a long distance from the bus to te hotel. The menu was not that good, staff was ok rooms where ok. The hotel is outside Rome, te distance to the city is more than half an hour bij public transport. The hotel is more suitable for elderly people.

 "Good hotel"
Good hotel in industrial location; there's nothing of interest near it and it's hard to find. Room was very clean. Breakfast was so-so. Nescafé machine, but real coffee was brought on request.

 "about customer service"
The hotel was clean and the location not so bad. The employees were neither rude not gentle and they barly spoke English. The breakfast was more than poor.
