Pros: Clean, pleasant room, friendly and helpful reception staff
Cons: The advertised free wifi was down for the first 24 hours, which was very inconvenient as i had an important presentation to prepare for a work meeting the following day.

Pros: The staff were so welcoming and helpful always smiling; every one we came in touch with that includes the breakfast room staff couldnt have done any more for us to make our weekend a pleasant one .
Cons: Most definitely the noise outside at night was unreasonable and it went on into the early hours of the morning the two nights we were there and that was a sunday and monday.we would dread to think what the weekend would be like.we heard other couples complaining about the outside noise.it looks like there is a night club or two nearby.for the benefit of the hotel which has so many positive qualities this criticism is meant to be a helpful one which you can overcome .my husband just loved the georgian windows ceiling heights and the beautiful interiors.the one and only reason we would be unsure about staying there again is the noise outside of the night clubbers.

Pros: The location is good, the staff was very helpful, late checkout was allowed for me. i would stay here again.
the building old fashioned and it is old, it could use some upgrade, but it is clean. if you need a place with a fresh look and modern style this is not a place for you.

Cons: I stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and found i was distured in the early hours when the nightclubs opposite were closing. i would stay at the hotel again but not in a room in the front.
