Hotel was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine nothing to complain about. Requested a crib and it was there when we made it to our room. Room was ready 2 hrs before check-in which was great. It took awhile to get back to the hotel because of the distance away from the main island and airport which could be hard with small children. We had a two year old and it wasn't to bad. Public bus runs from the vaporetto stop to right in front of the hotel.

Pros: Lovely location. staff were very friendly and helpful. close to beach and lagoon.
Cons: Nothing negative about hotel, but link on website for map/location is incorrect. shows hotel is in mestre but it is not, it is on the island of lido. this caused confusion when we first arrived in venice.
