 "Excellent service, food and excellent rooms"
Recommendation: book club rooms and enjoy all involved amenities, i.e. the complimentary afternoon tea and the evening snacks incl. champagne, and further high-quality whiskeys, cognacs and other drinks.

For smokers there are not many options to smoke at the 57th roof. IAlthough I had an expensive breakfast in the restaurant I could not smoke anymore at the restaurant smokers area. This should be a free area for hotel guests

I spent vacations at MBS, everything is fine. However, when I checked out I asked to refund the money verified, the counter staff said the refund would be automatic done but I haven't got it yet.  "Marina stay"
I arrived at the hotel and they cannot find my booking which i made online through easybook May 1st. I have to make a seperate deposit for them to give me room w/c is not the room i requested (2 queen) since rhey cannot find my booking. They told me that they will verify and refund me my deposit once they have confirmed w/ easybook. Anyway, i went back to the checkin counter in the evening and thats the time they told me that my booking is alrdy fixed. Other than that incident w/c is not marinas fault, the hotel is a great place to stay. My kids love the place esp the inifinity pool.
