"Great pleasure ended with great disappointement at the last moment"

After spending extremely good nights in this prime location and only three minutes after 12 miday of my departure and while we were just going back to our room for last minute arrangement before departure,we were confronted with one of the staff openning the room and start wondering.This happended despite the"do not disturb sign on" and without any possible contact to my phone referrences left at the reception through my booking and my check in.When I expressed my objection to that action and to my surprise I was told "do what ever you want,this is the hotel policy",then I said;but you did not even bother to call my mobile while I was just outside for limited time but the guy was very rude and did not show any respect.I have been touring allover the world and I have never experinced such unacceptable treatment for instance in Ritz Carlton,Kempenski,JW Marriott,and othert top class hotels.I left the hotel together with my brand new wife(as it was honey moon) highly dissapointted.
