Caring Hotel London  

The staff was really nice, the rooms small but just for sleeping enough. Brakfast is nice but don't expect a huge buffet. 3 Underground station in walking distance as well as several bus stops. Hyde Park not far away and if you like walking longer: walk through Hyde Park to Harrods or Buckingham Palace.Would stay there again!

We booked a twin room and I tought it would have been possible to put the two beds next to each other but it was not, the room was too narrow. The shared bathroom was very clean.

We spend a nice week end in this hotel.Location is perfect, near to queensway station on the central line.I recommend it .

Pros: Nice and friendly staff
Cons: The breakfast was really bad, and if they can't make an effort, then maybe they shouldn't serve any!

Pros: 1. free wifi all over the hotel
2. rooms and toilets are clean
3. you can actually walk to paddington station w/luaggues around 10 min.
4. hotel staff are frinedly and helpful most of the time.
Cons: 1. no lifts. be a light traveller when you decide to stay here.
the heater in my room was broken for 2 nights and the staff told me they can't provide more blankets for me to keep warm.

Pros: This was the first hotel we stayed in in europe and our firstb impression was very mediocre. at the end of ou trip we stayed in anothe london hotel, which boasted 4 stars, we honestly wished we were back in the caring hotel as its rooms, staff and facilities were so much better. except for the lack of a refrigerator in the room we were very happy with our stay. staff were friendly and breakfasst was quite good.

Pros: The hotel staff is amazingly helpful. they even offered to carry our bags up the 4 flights of stairs. the breakfast was good. the location was amazing, right near kensington gardens and 3 metro stops. even though they were remodeling, the kept it very clean and quiet.
Cons: The rooms get a little hot, fans would be nice. however, not much you can do during a heatwave.

Pros: Good value for money

Pros: Good service, clean and good location. price was ,too.
Cons: No lift, you have to use stairs (no problem to us, but good to know)
