 "Hotel Carlton"
There are many bad things about this hotel. I thought the hotel is very noisy with view on street, no lift when you have a suitcase, bad welcome of receptionist, poor breakfast with two employees who looked at you

 "it made me claustrophobic."
I hired a single room and was shocked by the size of everything in the room and the room itself. Everything is so tiny and crumpled that it made me claustrophobic. You can hardly turn around and do anything - such standards should not be allowed in the hotel industry. The bed was lousy and the toilet and shower combined together gave me a lot's of navigation challenges and I should add - no shampoo and soup but a dispenser with a gel for everything. The breakfast room is small and can't fit all the guests at the same time. The breakfast menu is toasted bread and jelly with option for serial of the cheapest brand. When I asked to leave my luggage on storage they told me that I have to carry it myself all the way downstairs in the breakfast room that is in the basement. The stair is so steep and narrow that I decided to opt for the Victoria station storage facility.The location is not so bad but the next time I will try another hotel.
